भारत मंथन एक बहु-विषयक अर्धवार्षिक ऑनलाइन शोध जर्नल है। यह एक अव्यावसायिक एवं विशेषज्ञ परीक्षित पत्रिका (PEER REVIEWED/REFEREED JOURNAL) है, जिसका प्रकाशन 'भारत मंथन पब्लिकेशन' द्वारा किया जाता है। पत्रिका का प्रकाशन अगस्त 2022 से प्रारम्भ हुआ है तथा यह पूर्ण रूप से विमर्श केन्द्रित शोध जर्नल है, जहां विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के विविध विषयों को एक साथ पढ़ा जा सकता है। अकादमिक क्षेत्र में शोध की गुणवत्ता को ध्यान में रखते हुए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानकों के अनुरूप पत्रिका में शोध आलेख प्रकाशित किए जाते हैं। शोध आलेखों का चयन विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के विषय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा किया जाता है, जो विषय की नवीनता, मौलिकता, तथ्य इत्यादि के आधार पर चयन करते हैं। भारत मंथन के माध्यम से हम सृजनात्मक, वैचारिक वातावरण के निर्माण हेतु प्रतिबद्ध है।

As an additional safeguard, it requires reviewers to submit a signed Declaration of Conflicts of Interest upon their return of a reviewed manuscript.

The journal employs the double-blind peer review process, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the review process.
Every proposal submitted for publication is read at least by an editor, for an initial review. If the paper agrees with editorial policies and with a minimum quality level, is sent to two reviewers. The reviewers won't know the author's identity, as any identifying information will be stripped from the document before review.
Reviewers comments to the editors are confidential and before passing on to the author will made anonymous. Based on the reviewers comments, Editorial Board makes a final decision on the acceptability of the article and communicates to the authors the decision, along with referees reports. Whether significant revisions are proposed, acceptance is dependent on whether the author can deal with those satisfactorily.
